Qash Where am I?

Capsuleer report 18122012-1

Battleclinic rated 26,258th

I can believe it, I have have hit the WALL!!

Faction standings (3.88) Corp standings (6.92) BUT I'm bored senseless with Mission Grinding, I have had to say to the corp I was helping, I'm Missioned out. Don't get me wrong they are extremely thankful, it's just I find missions and mining are not what I need in my EvE Fix.

PVP...

So what am I to do? FW and some more solo gate/plex camping, or join a corp? There are benefits to both.

FW: I don't have to think about anyone, just log in a fight :)
Corp: Team play; Roaming fun; Organised; Chat; Fight :))

So what is it going to be? I'm looking at corps I have flown with before and the recruitment channel. So far I still undecided :(

Note to Self - December, need my pvp fix. :!

Qash Standings Update

Capsuleer report 12112012-1

Killboard Review: qash.griefwatch.net

Update on Standings:

The progression up the mission agent levels for grinding, has been surprisingly fast.
Lvl1 agents (16 missions then a storyline)
Lvl2 agents (16 missions then a storyline)
Lvl3 agents (24 missions and a storyline)

Faction standings (2.89) Corp standings (4.39)

Soon be able to run Lvl 4 mission. Will I stick with Lvl4 or return to Lvl3 mission will depend on the standings increase. The storyline in the Lvl3 gave 3% increase to Faction.

Qash Standings Grind

Capsuleer report 09112012-1

Killboard Review: qash.griefwatch.net
Battleclinic rated 25,771th

Faction/Corp Standings:
The corp I'm about to join needed help gaining Standing, which I have been helping with. For newbies and young Corps here is some helpful pointer. I haven't joined yet as my standings would hinder this process.

The CEO of the corp hadn't run any missions and was with his corp members just mining, as they needed isk asap, 'don't we all'. But wanted to do several things that required Standings.

1) Choose the faction you want standings in.
2) Run the tutorials in that faction (http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Career_Agents)
3) Run the Circle Agents.(http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Circle_Agents)
4) Run the EPIC ARC for the Sisters of Eve (http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Epic_mission_arcs#The_Blood-Stained_Stars) and choose the faction ending for your choose faction.

At this time the CEO had Faction standings around 2.0 but corp standings within this faction were low but had some. (You can run level 1 missions as long as the faction and corp is above -1.0).

5)  Next run the Data Centre missions (http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Data_Centers) This gave the CEO increased standing in the nominated faction and a corp in that faction. The Tags can be brought off the market but as you need to run the missions for corp standing, try not too, collect them from the mission grind that now is required.
6) Grind the missions (16) to get a Storyline mission. Also reject any missions against other factions (unless its a storyline)

The CEO now has a faction standing over 2.64 and 3.74 in the mission grind corp chosen, in less than 2 weeks. Once the Tags have been collect cash them in. I'm blitzing Level 3 Security missions for the CEO, aiming to get a storyline every other day. Once I can run L4 this will slow down, as it's worth salvaging and looting the missions. N.B. If you need help like this the CEO has to ask the agent for the missions as the storyline is offered after the CEOs 16th Mission and the Fraction standings go to them. Not the runner, me, but it does for the normal Missions, and this CEO is sharing the loyalty points and mission payouts (their don't have too).

BEWARE of the negative factions standing that are created, so the CEO trained Diplomacy III this means that although the worst standings are at -1.04 these have been raised to 0.28. The aim is to keep the effective standing to above -1.99. (So can travel anywhere in Hi-Sec)

Benefits for high Faction and Corp standings:
0% Tax for refining - Station Corp standings above 6.67
Jump Clone - 8.0 in Station Corp standings
POS - Raw factions standings above 5.01

My Games Rig (updated):
Intel Z68 Core i5-2500K

Now what has come of all this, is where to I load my EVE client on the SSD or HDD, after reading loads and discussing this with fellow eve pilots, I'm going to opt. for the HDD.

Killboards back online; updated :)

I have a comment this month: Don't be too triumphant when you get a kill.

Jumped into system when in local I see some minor smack talk as a fellow militia pilot had taken a bite too big (Rifter vs. Iskhur) the Rifter didn't win.

But the first mistake was the Iskhur pilot smack talking, pilots do read local!

Second mistake when in pew pew rename your ship. D-Scan shows ship types and name, I was able to scan the smack talking Gallente pilot, mainly because his ship was it's default name (Gallente's Iskhur)

Thanks for the kill and the nice loot. Also the Rifter pilot was on the killmail as he had done some damage :)

Return from R&R, Isk level back to optium, re-supply completed.

With the EVE-KILL board down, its surprising how inter-linked many of the eve tools are. I'll write again once its up and my own killboards have updated. So my killboard isn't quite up-to-date, but it will be soon. As I'd like to discuss some of the action I have seen this week.
There are many killboards:
  • eve-kill
  • griefwatch
  • battleclinic
  • ep33n
to name a couple.

Back to the hunting ground again, with the Sanctum Marauders' I enjoy flying with you all, this game isn't really designed to play solo.

What I have been doing is to experiment with a couple of different setups. Some have worked other a waste of time, I use Pyfa - Python Fitting Assistant. Which after discussing with other fellow eve pilots, I like the feel off.
Creating setups on a Fitting tool is great, lets you know what you can fit but doesn't tell you if its any good in combat. Also there isn't a one answer to EvE pew pew, everyone has their own style.
Tools:- Pyfa

Completed my task for August. But it wasn't the ending I was expecting.

I  awake in a new clone? Why? It seems that as I logged off in system I was probed out and killed. I confirmed this with the guys who podded me, which he was nice to confirm. But I was confused as to why.
I thought the Aggression timer was 15 minutes, ok I logged off before the timer was completed, 7 minutes after.
But it seems I was probed out and 20min 59sec after Aggression I had loss mails.

Ok I believe I know why as it seems EvE Aggression Timer starts the 15 minutes after the aggression and it starts AGAIN if you log off within the 15minutes, which I did. Doh!

Expensive lesson that one. :(

Qash August Week4

Capsuleer report 24082012-1

Killboard Review: qash.griefwatch.net
Battleclinic rated 27,645th

I spent the majority of the last week looking for a backup/secondary hunting ground. Seemed I found a perfect system between to low-sec system controlled by Minmatar Militia. But 'NO' on all the time I was active I only saw one ship a Stabber Fleet Issue which ran. :(

So I returned back to my normal hunting ground with the Sanctum Marauders', which was quiet, normal moaning at each other when we miss kills. But this time I helped get a kill without getting on a killmail. Just proves that I enjoy the working together that EvE enables.

An Orca jumped through the gate I was on when one of the Sanctum Marauders' mentioned the pilot was red to them, seemed that the two corps were at war. So it was asked if one of us would follow him, which I did. The Orca pilot didn't seem to be worried, about flying around when there was a wardec on ?

Anyway after roughly 5 jumps the pilot didn't leave system, which surprised me as the system I had followed him to had no stations. Was he in a Safe? Or as I was looking around (D-Scan) noticed an Ice-belt. So I warped to Zero and 30km from me was the Orca. I informed in chat that this was the situation.

I was convo'd from another member of the pursuing corp (suspect they had a dps ship close by) would I get to within 10km and if the Orca moved try and bump it. As soon as the pursuing pilot entered system I told them to warp to me. As I did that the Orca started to turn, so I aimed to bump it. Don't know if I really didn't anything but a Cane appeared and had locked the Orca before it had chance to warp off.  Pop went the Orca, my payment was the salvage, not a great deal, but the fun was payment enough :)

The latest patch has restricted my progress/kill whoring, not that EvE has broken, but as everyone seems to be mining :(. I can't complain as I spent the first year of my EvE career mining. If you are still out there Q'Ruszee Clan, and Xukrey. Thanks for the offer to that trial pilot, look where it's lead, 4+years later.

...I enjoyed the engagement I may try the Taranis again, in the near future. A comment from my last post, so what has happen, loss a 2nd Taranis in [20hours 26 mins]. :). 'gf'; experience was telling me 'NO' but the 'red mist' descended, don't take on a dessie (Thrasher) in an Interceptor. One more loss mail as proof, I learn the hard way.
So moved into an Enyo and within the hour a killmail, only a Rifter but it's +1: well +2 if you include the pod, lol.

Then the fun started. I have join a small group of like minded militia pilots, who have been operating in the similar area. We are not from one corp or in a joint Alliance, just the Caldari Militia linking us. But we have started to work more together.

I'm going to call us the: - Sanctum  Marauders' -

First there was a pair of Thorax cruisers, we did the first mistaken at the start of any multi target engagement, all target the first ship, to de-cloak, which was popped, Thorax  but this allowed the 2nd one to escape.
The Second kill was a Drake, which we corned, that for me was the best team work effort, of the evening. Finally ending with a kill of an Atron.
We thought we may of gotten a bigger fight as the system next door to us was gathering ships together. Although it was looking like a fair match of ships it seems that they couldn't muster a big enough blob to take us on.
To the Sanctum Marauders', this has introduced some fun back into my game time. Solo and Small gank warfare is the best pew pew in EvE.

One thing that is becoming a bugbear of mine. To all pilots, if you are engaged, FIGHT BACK, you will be surprised that the ones that do sometime convert that to a loss mail for me, hint! Also it reduces the loyalty point value I get.

Its was quiet online in EvE this last week. I have had time to move my ships to my new hunting ground, but on the hunting front not a lot has been going on.
One pod kill as I was going crazy and I won't normally shot as their pass but I needed something to do.

Final I was roaming in an Taranis, not the type of ship I like really but I was bored :). When I was following a WT through a couple of systems when it was engaged by a fellow militia pilot. The WT was in a Tengu so I joined the skimish. Taranis and a Jag against a Tengu.

Comments:
I was locked a couple of time by passing ships with bounties on their heads. But if their had aggressed CONCORD was on my side, which they didn't.
As for the Tengu we where breaking its tank, which put me in a position! I should of warp'd off as I wasn't pointed, but I was trying to put down as much dps as I could, to take this Tengu down. But staying around got my Taranis popped. Which then left the Jag to hold it which it couldn't as the Tengu degressed and jump through a gate and docked. Before I could reship and warp to gate :(

What I should of done was to warp off, re-fresh capacitor, regen some of the shields and my armor, and return to the fight. I was just too greedy, as it had been so quiet the last couple of days. Lesson learnt.

I enjoyed the engagement I may try the Taranis again, in the near future.

Back into my Wolf. Joined up with some Militia in system to do some hunting.

Not bad, a Talos kill which wasn't really a fight, as I have learnt, engaging a Tier3 BC at short range in a AF, 90% of the time the AF will win.

This isn't true for the Tier 2 BC, had a 'gf' with a Myrmidon. We had a Jaguar, my Wolf and a Astarte.
It arrived on gate so I jumped through to catch it on the other side when, the Jaguar was engaged so I jumped back. I started to take down the drones and the Jag was pounding the BC. The Astarte jumped to the wrong gate so took some time to arrive, when it did, the Jag was popped, and I was in structure, I had taken his first wave of Hammerhead II down started on his Ogre II. But the dps of the Astarte wasted the Myrm, in seconds. Back to station to repair.

Managed to get my revenge on Daggaman, who popped my Wolf earlier this month. It seems that he was playing station games, but I suspect too many of us undocked, the dps to great for the timer to allow him to dock. Stabber Fleet Issue ,POP!

In my new Cormorant got a couple of kills, I even was paid not to pop someone. Which I honored, this is something that I love about EVE. It's not always about the kill, its the way you play.

I did loss my Cormorant, to a Vexor and Brutix. I picked the wrong drone to attack and I just couldn't destroy that T2 Ogre, doh! But I enjoyed the fight, although one sided :).

Spent the rest of the evening with a couple of other militia members, didn't get on any killmails but it was fun.

What can I say, after the loss of my Jaguar I looked at my adversary. Who bettered me in a Cormorant. So I have spent a few hours in my hanger looking at this.

I fitted a Cormorant to see if I could duplicate his success. Guess What? I did.

I was on a gate as a fellow militia pilot gave me a heads up on a Enyo following her. Which it did but warped off before I could lock her. Usurpress locked her but only had a short point so was out of range.
But I wanted to try out my new fit so warped after her.

I landed 10km away, so started to engage, it seems that I was a tempting target. The dog-fight commenced, but I looked down at my post-it! stuck to my monitor OVERHEAT! which I did. It was a very close thing, I was in structure most of my modules had heat damage but pop! Enyo

I was so surprised still being in a ship I targeted her drone not the pod so she escaped. I wish to say gf as I didn't type it in local.

I have tweaked my fit abit more, I think I'll try again, now I have a couple of ships in my hanger that I can bring out for a fight.

After some discussion with fellow militia pvpers I took a Jag into low-sec.

First this limited to the plex I could set myself up in:
  • Minor, T1/Faction frigates, T1 Destoryers
  • No Adjective, T1/Faction cruisers, T2/and as Minor on smaller ships
  • Major T1 BC, T2/and as no Adjective on smaller ships
  • Major Unrestricted, no acceleration gate.
But as I warped to a minor plex and was told I had no access, a Cormorant warped to 100km. I aimed my ship towards him moving slowing as we closed on each other he started to lock. So combat started.

I had a Synth Blue Pill Booster in my cargo, but didn't use it, 3% boost to shield boosting also I didn't overheat which I most do!

He seems to be trying to keep his distance and I was tracking disrupted, so I swapped to barrage. Now that was my mistake. (After reviewing my combat logs), I was still hitting him for more dps than I was being hit, my shield booster was reducing the damage. But once I swapped ammo, my dps dropped, also as I wasn't watching my cap, which ran out then no AB & no shield boost. So in a fight I should of won, I was out smarted.
gf in local and I headed back to lick my wounds.

I guess I was, Thorax came to the gate looking to fight, I was about to engage when I noticed I was short on rockets, in my Caldari Navy Hookbill. So I dis-engaged and jumped through the nearest gate, then returned to the system to refit. Which I stated in local, the Thorax pilot didn't believe me so he disappear as I warped back to the gate, we'll never know?

It also seem that I have picked a spot where newbies pass who don't know they are in faction warfare. It seems that once the combat tutorial has completed, it asks newbies if their like combat their can join faction warfare and are given the option. 24 hours later their pass by and I pop them :(

Qash Think :(

Capsuleer report 16072012-1

Killboard Review: qash.griefwatch.net

Lost No. 2 Wolf :(

Why, chasing a Vexor, which I managed to engage and pop but the problem was The Fed Navy had locked me, and before I could warp off 'POP' :( So below I have a quick checklist:-

THINK!

  1. Can I win? Answer is experience i.e DON'T engage a cane in a Frigate.
  2. Close to optimal weapon range
  3. Overheat! I keep forgetting this stage :(
  4. Manage incoming dps. Have I activated my tank, should I/can I make a run for it?
  5. POP!
  6. Is the Fed Navy around? Has he friends? If YES to any of these forget loot bail ASAP. Unless (1).

I have had some fun,
  • In my Omen Navy Issue engaged a Exequror on a gate during a roam (5). Comments, I didn't manage incoming dps (4) so, escaped in structure from the Fed Navy :(
  • In a Daredevil I was engaged by a Caracal (5). Comments, this was a close thing, I bailed just as his friend was targeting me in a cane (6).
Wolf #3 ready
I'm highlighted as RaZZorBack RaZZo 'NEMESIS!' 4 losses and I'm on everyone.
The last one I engaged but once I realized who it was I dis-engaged, only for him to be engaged at the next gate by a fellow Caldari pilot, getting me on the kill-mail.
I decided to sent him a loadout for a T1 Vexor pvp fit, but my suggestion would be to downgrade to a frigate for pvp.

Note to Self - OVERHEAT!!! (3) I'm finding this hard to do for some reason. I know POST-ITS on monitor :)

Lost my Wolf :(

Gate camping when a Cane came to the gate, this wasn't going to be a fair fight so, I left, roamed around for a bit only to come to the gate again where there was a Punisher and Onyx, setup themselves up trying to engage the Cane. They invited me to a fleet, so I joined them.

So as soon as the Cane appeared I closed to engage, I was neut'd from the off, but that doesn't really affect a Wolf, the Punisher pilot also engaged. The Cane didn't release his drone which I thought strange but anyway, the Cane was down to 50% armour, when my wolf popped, soon afterwards the Punisher fell too.
It seems that the Cane had ECM drones and released them on the Onyx and escaped, another sad face :(

Thank you for the return of my lost loot, the Afterburner was worth half the ships value :) Don't fly what you can't afford to loss.
gf's in local, which it was, shame we couldn't pop the Cane, so refit time.

I jumped into a Omen Navy Issue and finished off a Catalyst, as it passed me :)

As for my Wolf, #2 ready :)

Pew pew continues:-

Always trying to improve my ship; tweak here, tweak there.

I've tried camping a gate, which is ok, but I can tell you gets boring very quickly. So now I'm moving to roaming.

Faction Warfare makes this tricky, not being able to setup small camps. So I'm having to move out of my wolf to something tougher. Let see how that goes, so far the main problem is target lock speed. It's so much faster in an AF.

The next question is also buffer or active rep, I like my buffer pvp fits but with the added damage of the Fed Navy, not sure. So I'm fitting one of each and test them see what happens.

Note to Victims - Please fit your ships better.

My wolf has some limits, which I'm trying to iron out, but one of them isn't dps.

Pew pew continues:-

Imicus this one confused me as it didn't even shot back until I noticed no ammo! Also I didn't pod her as I wasn't sure on the etiquette of podding, but Militia chat pointed out my future actions:
kill them all!

I was run off once when there was a Hurricane, which seemed to be escorting someone, I couldn't get in range. I love flying the cane, so I'm a little weary taking one on, solo, he seemed to be up for a fight. Which I suspect wouldn't be a good omen for me to engage.

Now the next kill was fun not with the kill but the eve mail I got in return.

An Iteron MkIII out ran me, as I chased it a couple of jumps,I can't understand why? Then as I set myself up again he returned which I then got him, Iteron Mark III I was then bad and podded him, I suspect the reason the eve mail came:
"i hope that an iteron scrab is enough for your hunger because you are stupid to attak an empty ship ... or just you didnt eat your brunch this morning ... or any erason to be nasty like you ... go go rush all newbie in small rookie ship !"

I'll not answer directly (unless he reads this), but the pilot is over 18 months old, and not in a noobie ship. WAR, doesn't follow 'The Marquess of Queensberry Rules'

Two points of interest:

1) The 'loyalty points' for a pod are fairly low:- only 4 for the eve-mailer. So I may not pod many, it does make me feel bad :)
2) Wreaks are highlighted in yellow, so use to only looting white or blue ones, I have lost out to others, even the empty Iteron MkIII :)

Fitted out a 'Wolf' while I see what I can do to help the cause.

Looking for pew pew, so thought I'd start in Gallente Space.

The First thing I noticed is that the Gallente Navy doesn't give you alot of time to fight. If there are none on the gate you arrive too, it takes not much longer than 8 second for them too, then once they appear another 8 seconds before their engage.
System Sec status only seems to change the Navy ship types not the timings.

First Kill was Iteron happened to come to the gate I was on. A bit of an easy kill, (I wasn't alone hope I wasn't stepping on fellow Militia members toes), best bit was the victims comments (I have edited this):
Famina Arnerette > f**kers ill get you for that

Second kill was more what I hoped for. While on the gate a 'Ferox' arrived within 5km and started to shoot. My first mistake now resolved, not on the correct overview TAB so I didn't see him until I started to taken damage (noob!!!).
So I jumped through the gate, to gave myself sometime to set up. Basically warped to a safe then back to gate.
I arrived back as the Ferox de-cloaked, so I approached, lucky for me the fellow Militia pilot appeared and the Ferox swapped targets, but he continued to targeted me by his drones which I promptly removed from the field. Then it was a basic who could be finished off first,  which was the Fexor

'gf' from all, which it was.

Note to Self - More pew pew :p

Qash a Rethink

Capsuleer report 06062012-1

Killboard Review: qash.griefwatch.net
Battleclinic rated 39,619th

Been busy in EvE this last month. Drama Llamas upheaval, has caused me to rethink, my EvE career. I have an idea but tell you about it once I have made the leap.I eventually left Dramas, I'm sad, as the corp was one of my most fun experiences to-date. But it seems that it couldn't last. :(

I created a new corp 'Evals Eurt'  [EVALS] = spell this backwards!

As Jonie is a Minmatar slave child, I thought I'd do a tiny bit of backstory, to the extent of:  Until his last Clone death, unknown to Jonie, he's a True Slave, awaking in his new Clone, the slave implants have been activitied. What will he be doing?

Note to Self - New Corp, new clone, new?

Qash Update

Capsuleer report 13052012-1

Killboard Review: qash.griefwatch.net

RL took over, blog was on the back burner :(
But EvE continued.

Killboard is still on plan. Log a kill equal to time in the corp (215th day), was my plan. Slightly ahead, (not including pods),
Kills: 255 (288 + pods)
Losses: 15

Drama Llamas major upheaval, the corp has lost over half the members. Why? I couldn't honestly tell you.  Some have moved to other CVA corps, some have left Provi. That is corp life.

I'm planning to stay, if I can get some PvP. The issues will be the lack of Corp fleet roams will stop, as many of the EU TZ members have moved on. Need to see whats CVA is doing, as I have join some of the fleets and it's been fun.

Note to Self - Corp upheaval, do I need to plan my next move? Hope not!

Qash back on the Killboard

Capsuleer report 13022012-1

Killboard Review: qash.griefwatch.net
Battleclinic rated 43,061th

First kills since moving in to Prov.

The Corp was in a fleet 'Werewolf' setup in station, when a RED.Overlord fleet engage a corp mate, outside station.

FC ordered undock and engage, I was in my Lachesis (first time flying this), with a disruptor range of over 50km thanks to the command ship. I locked a cane before the red warped off. (One Kill)

We pursued the red fleet next door, but after some banter in local, we jumped out to camp the gate. To find a CVA blob on the gate, so our numbers trebled. But RED.Overlord, sent in two Canes, to their death. (Cane1 & Cane2)

I was about to log off, when in intel, came in, the one call that mobilizes the whole region. 'Carrier Engaged'

I was setting up a new ship (a Zealot), when the corp made best speed to the Carrier System. And yes, a Carrier outside a CVA station was in a bubble. We engaged, didn't take long to bring down the (Carrier). I also felt bad (for 30 seconds) podding the pilot

What happen next is a reason to leave the system asap. We had a Corp Carrier awaiting to jump out, when it was engaged by two idiots, in a Harbinger & Apocalypse, although I didn't get on the killmails, they were taken out swiftly.

Note to Self - I wish I could re-jig my skills.

QASH in Provi

Capsuleer report 08022012-1
First wolf pack gank fleet setup last night for Drama Llamas, no kills, I'll explain why.

First in Intel, two RED frigates, causing issues. We setup a gate camp to catch them, then the CVA blob arrived, 'kitchen sink fleet'. After 15 minutes watching this blob fleet get the run around we left as another 7 man RED 'cane' fleet was reported. After we left it seem the two frigates ran the CVA gate camp and were reported causing problem elsewhere.

Again with this new threat waited one jump from the cane fleet location, when the CVA blob passed through. As they one at a time jumped in, including a 'Iteron' suspect he was the FC!

What followed was the comments in the Intel chat,
'I warped to the gate and I have ended up 30km from gate, in a bubble?'
'I'm being shot'
'I'm killed'

I was then nearly peeing my pants. I haven't laugh this much in ages. :D

Why am I here? We turned around and left them to it.

No carrier for me, how much are the skills? :) This will need to wait until I have earned some more isk.
Note to Self - No carrier, so change of skill plan AGAIN.

Qash NRDS ?

Capsuleer report 07022012-1

Killboard Review: qash.griefwatch.net
Battleclinic rated 43,246th

I've been quiet lately, as the Corp has had a change of direction. 'Drama Llamas' we're an out-and-out PvP, kill everything, outfit. I believe to the enjoyment of most.

But the call of 0.0 was too much, so we have moved into 0.0 Providence. We haven't been excepted into the CVA alliance as a corp. I suspect this is due mainly our past policy of killing anything in Providence. But we have been allowed residence and as long as we follow the CVA rules, which for us is mainly the NRDS (Not Red Don't Shoot) policy.

This hasn't been accepted by some Corp members, who have left. Which is a shame as I enjoyed flying with these guys. I myself, did wonder where this new direction was leading. I haven't lived in a NRDS structure, so it may be a little while, before I settle in.

The hardest thing for me has been the moving of ships, to the jump-in systems and as I'm not a capital pilot, moving them to our new home. But it has also enabled me to tidy up my hangers and 'standardize' my ships.

With the help of the other members of the corp I will get my ships into the 0.0. But this has made me once again change my skill plan to get into a carrier asap. As this seems at the moment the hardest part of moving.

This has made me look at Black Ops BS now. EvE is really prioritizing the skill plan to head in the direction of what you want to do next. :)
Note to Self - Get into a Carrier ASAP.

Qash on ISK (Cont. pt3)

Capsuleer report 18012012-1

Killboard Review: qash.griefwatch.net
Battleclinic rated 45,433th

Final Update: Invent and Produce Hulks to make ISK.

Invented: Hulk BPC (x2)
Produced: R.A.M Starship tech & Construction Blocks
Purchased: Materials for Components,Covetors and Morphite.

Manufactured: Components and Hulks
Sold on the Market: 2x Hulks (192mil after TAX)
Cost to date: 332,000,000 isk (+3hrs)
Real cost to me: 283,500,000 isk

Profit: 384 mil - 332 mil = 52 Mil isk (or 17.3 mil isk per hour)
Real Profit to me: 384 mil - 283.5 mil = 100.5 mil isk (or 33.5 mil isk per hour)

Comment: For the amount of time spent, it is worth doing as extra income but the amount of time in the whole process (started this at the end of November 2011), with manufacturing times etc, on the market, a total of 51 days. that would equal around 1 mil isk per day.

Other news.
Lost my Ishtar running a 4/10 DED in low-sec plex. My own fault didn't warp off when I should of as I was rushing to kill the Faction Ship, before the pvp fleet roam. I did get the Faction loot and the salvage from the 4/10 and my Ishtar, but I lost over a 100 million isk.
Really need to improve skills or plex ship setup.

Note to Self - Standardize Ship types for pew pew.

Qash on ISK (Cont. pt2)

Capsuleer report 11012012-1

Killboard Review: qash.griefwatch.net
Battleclinic rated 45,498th

Update: Invent and Produce Hulks to make ISK.

Invented: Hulk BPC (x2)
Produced: R.A.M Starship tech & Construction Blocks
Purchased: Covetors and Morphite.
Cost: 84,010,000 isk (+1.5 hours)
Real cost to me: 35,250,000 isk (as BPCs, datacores and decrytors from loot or research agents)

After some investigations I have purchased the Complex Reactions as I have the construction BPO (ME researched), that are required. I now have all the required parts to start making these two Hulks. (I use Dedaf's industrial tool, excel spreadsheet).

Just shipping the items to my manufacturing base.

Cost to date: 330,714,000 isk (+2hrs)
Real cost to me: 281,954,000 isk

It would seem the amount of time I need to spent on this isn't that high. Ok, the manufacturing jobs take days, but I can do other things. (mainly pew pew).

Other news.
Sold my Golem :( I wasn't running missions and I don't wish to change my faction standings too much. I can move around High sec if needed. Anyway, for Corp standings I have a Tengu for Level 3 grinding, it's quicker.

Also I'm looking at implants, need to standardize my Hardwired implants, in my jump clones, to what I fly. Instead of fitting what I have.

Pew Pew is going great. I had the 2nd top number of kills for December2011, so the Corp has a monthly reward scheme '80 million isk' for me.

I'm running low-sec plex (In an Ishtar, with Sentries) to make pin money. Also as I have pvp'd in low sec need to keep my Security Standings, above -1.99.

Note to Self - Standardize Ship types for pew pew, as I can fly all races now, it's tempting to fly allsorts.

Qash In a New Year

Capsuleer report 03012012-1

Killboard Review: qash.griefwatch.net
Battleclinic rated 47,388th
New Year to Everyone.

Whats going on, in Drama Llamas? Mainly Frigate gank roams. Which have been a great success for me, I think. I have reached over 50 kills a month (last three months), best ever, starting to enjoy pvp alittle too much.

Haven't touched my Hulk BPC as the price of raw goods has made this not worth the effort, at this moment in time.

Running around in T3 cruisers, I can fly all 4 races. But still finding it hard to find a good role, Tengu seems to be best in the PvE mission role. Legion, Proteus and the Loki, the cost to loss ratio to high (for me) to PvP in. As it doesn't matter how good these are if you get blobbed, you will die.

Note to Self - Need to make more isk, but how? That is the question, I have some idea's. Lets see..
